Scrapbooking
I enjoy putting my favorite photos and little notes into a scrapbook to keep for later. It is a fun way to keep track of the things I have been doing lately, without any pressure to make it perfect.
You can just glue or tape things in and make it look however you want and there is so much inspo on places like Pinterest to give you ideas on how to make it cute.
I definitely would recommend this to someone who is big on nostalgia and isn’t afraid to get a little crafty.
Watercolor Painting
Watercolor is truly such a rewarding, low stakes hobby to do on peaceful spring afternoon.
I enjoy using pastel colors to paint cute plants and flowers or anything that remind me of spring.
There is even cute workbooks out there that make it even easier to enjoy the hobby.
It doesn’t require a lot of setup and its fun to just paint what you see while enjoying the process of being creative.

I have been spending more time playing cozy games this spring with all the awesome releases.
What makes cozy games special is that they are so relaxed and easy for anyone to play.

Acrylic Painting
I reach for acrylics when I want something with a bit more vibrance and texture. These paints are fun to use on a small canvas or even just some thick paper.
I like that they dry so fast and let me change up the design as I go along.
This is a very accessible way to bring some bright energy into a quiet afternoon at home.
Beginner Gardening
Starting a few seeds or putting some flowers in a pot is kind of a cliché but super rewarding way to welcome spring.
I try not to worry about being perfect at it. I just enjoy seeing a little bit of what I plant start to grow (when it does lol).
It is a very simple project that brings a lot of life to your yard, a window or your porch.
For me, gardening became a very grounding activity that helps me feel more connected to nature in a way 🌼.
Reading Physical Books
There is a specific kind of peace that comes from setting my phone aside and opening a real book.
Having a physical copy helps me stay present and enjoy the story at my own pace and recently I have been finding some great stories to get lost in.
This is a classic way to slow down and really appreciate a few hours of quiet time.
